Oh... Miss Ella

My little Miss Ella has quite the personality these days. She speaks in complete sentences & we have some of the most ridiculous conversations every day as we go back and forth to school. Lately, she's had some seriously sweet one liners that I don't want to forget, so I'm documenting them here to eventually put them into a book, like this one that the one they made for Clara on One House Love

While stroking my hair & laying in my bed...

"Mama, you pretty like a princess."

On a Friday morning on the way to school...

Me: "What should we do tonight Ella?"
Ella: "Hmmm.... I have an idea!"
          Me: "What is it?"
Ella: "Let's look for the moon with our glasses!"

On a freezing cold day, she burrowed her head into my coat to stay warm. She then told me...

          "Mama! I'm a little woodchuck!"

At 5 a.m. on a school day, I walked into her room, to see her in her little chair, feeding her baby doll, singing Rock-A-Bye Baby...

Trying to get ready to leave the house...

Me: "Ella we need to go upstairs & get your boots."
           Ella: "OK! Let's go!"

**runs up the stairs then pauses & starts to tip toe**

Me: "What are you doing Ella?"
Ella: "Shhh... we need to tip toe. Baby is sleeping."

On our drive home yesterday...
Ella: "Are you thinking what I'm thinking?"
