Easy Easter Desserts featuring Rolled & Ready Cookie Dough

I'm not quite sure why, but Easter is one of my favorite holidays to celebrate with my family. It might be all of the pastels, it might be the warmer weather... or it might be all the sugar! Yes, desserts are always on the top of my planning list when it comes to Easter. This year, I've been pinning like crazy, coming up with fun & unique ideas to take with me to my mother - in - law's for Easter dinner.

However, I'll totally admit that I'm both short on time & short on skill in the kitchen. That's where Nestle comes in! Nestle Toll House Refrigerated Cookie Dough, found in the refrigerated section of the grocery store, provides convenient and delicious cookie dough for any occasion. The NEW Rolled & Ready Cookie Dough Sheets provide a more convenient and delicious way to create fun cookies to enjoy with family and friends. To put it simply - they're a lifesaver for every busy mom who wants to fool people into thinking she can pull off a Pinterest lifestyle!

I have three events to bake for this Easter, so I've decided on the recipes below, all of which use a sugar cookie base! It's going to make me look good & make a whole lot of tummies happy!

For my mother - in - law's house...

We arrive at my mother - in - law's house right at 11 o'clock as everyone is coming home from Mass. They're all starving, dinner won't be served for another two hours, and that leads to lots of crankiness! This year I'm going to combat that with a sweet, yet healthy fruit pizza - made festive in the shape of an Easter egg! The sugar cookie base will be a breeze with my Roll & Ready dough, so all I'll have to worry about it cutting fruit & decorating!

For Ella's day care party...

I know that Miss Jennie will have her hands full, so I'm going to keep it simple & send cookies. I plan to make these chicks for the kids to eat during the party...

To Send to My Sister's House...

Recipe Found Here

I'm not able to spend Easter at my sister's house, but wanted to send something to help her out. She's hosting her in-laws & my parents, so I know she'll have her hands full! I need to make this ahead & drop it off before we leave, so I decided on this delicious looking cookie cake! The top is made of white chocolate, marshmallows, and sprinkles - which are basically my mom's top three food groups. The topping is baked over top of a sugar cookie base, so I'll keep it simple with Nestle Tollhouse Rolled & Ready Dough
