What I Wore Wednesday - Pink on Pink

I already shared two of my looks with you on Monday, but I've been on a roll documenting my outfits this week, so I have three more to share today!

On Saturday, we had a ton of errands to run and a 1 1/2 hour drive, so I wanted a low key outfit. Eric thinks low key means jeans, hoodie, and sneakers. However, I wasn't in a hoodie mood & it was fairly nice outside. Thus, I opted for flats, skinny jeans, a v-neck, & military jacket. I added the gold belt to dress it up just a bit & add a little something to an otherwise neutral outfit.

On Monday, Ella & I had lunch with a good friend of mine at the restaurant where we used to work. It's a very low key joint, so I knew I'd keep it very chill. It was also chilly and super windy out, so I wanted to stay warm. In my book, scarf = warmth, so I added the light pink infinity scarf to the basic black sweater for a springy touch. (Can a scarf be a springy touch?) I think the top knot added to the relaxed feel of the outfit too, which is code for I was lazy & looking for an excuse to throw my hair up.

Yesterday, we had more errands to run and were meeting my mother in law for lunch at Moe's. It was snowing & freezing cold, but I'm on Spring Break, so I at least wanted to pretend it was a nice day. That's where the pink came in! I've never tried a monochromatic look before, but I have to say that I really love how this one turned out! It might be a little much for some people, but it kept me in a cheery mood all day long :)
